How long do I have to exchange items?

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery of your items. However, we operate an Extended Return Policy for Christmas Gifts, whereby you may return Christmas purchases (orders placed between November 1st and December 25th) until January 31st.

What if my gift arrives damaged?

Our products are well-packaged to withstand damage during shipping. We double-box many items, and refuse to carry products that are easily damaged during shipping. If an item does look damaged, you may conveniently request a replacement by contacting; luan@purrfectcatgifts.co.uk

Do you offer free returns?

Unfortunately, we do not refund the cost of postage, unless the refund is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.

How long does it take to process my returns?

We endeavour to process returns as quickly as possible, but it can take up to 72 hours when we are very busy.

Do I have to pay postage to return or exchange?

Like all returns, we do not cover the cost of postage unless the item is faulty or damaged. Orders paid for using PayPal can claim back the postage cost of returns or exchanges directly from PayPal.

We are always happy to help as much as we can. We are available Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, and on Saturday’s 8am - 12 noon, except British Bank Holidays.
